2. MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SERVICE
The scope of day tours, boat trips, safaris, activities and private excursions offered on Sarigerme Tours is determined by the relevant tour page, including itinerary, date, duration, party size, pickup/meeting information, inclusions, exclusions and any special conditions. Submitting the booking form is a booking request and does not by itself constitute final confirmation. Final status is established by written confirmation sent by the agency by email, WhatsApp or another durable medium.
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
The applicable price is shown on the tour page and booking summary. Under the current public booking flow, payment is made in cash on the tour day unless the agency confirms otherwise in writing. The current site flow does not store raw card numbers, CVV codes or card expiry dates. If a separate payment link or payment service is introduced, payment is final only after a verified result from the relevant payment provider.
4. BOOKING, CONFIRMATION AND PERFORMANCE
The request is received with the selected tour, date, party size, contact details and, where necessary, pickup/hotel information. The agency checks availability, operations and relevant suppliers before confirming, offering an alternative or declining the request. The service is performed according to the date, time and conditions in the written confirmation. Weather, sea or road conditions, safety requirements, public-authority decisions or supplier-related operational reasons may require reasonable programme changes.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCEPTION
Leisure services to be performed on a specific date or during a specific period may fall within the exceptions to the general distance-contract right of withdrawal under Turkish law. Accordingly, the general 14-day withdrawal right may not apply to a dated tour or activity booking. A request that has not yet been confirmed in writing may be withdrawn without charge. After confirmation, cancellation and change conditions are governed by the tour-specific terms disclosed on the tour page or in the written confirmation.
6. CANCELLATION, CHANGES AND REFUNDS
If the agency cannot provide the service, the customer is informed without undue delay; any amount already collected is refunded in accordance with applicable law, or an alternative date/service may be offered subject to the customer's acceptance. Customer-initiated cancellations or changes are governed by tour-specific terms disclosed before confirmation and any non-recoverable third-party cost that was disclosed in advance. 7. COMPLAINTS AND REMEDIES
Booking, service, cancellation and refund requests may be submitted in writing to reservation@sarigermetours.com or via +90 532 610 98 27. Statutory consumer rights, including applications to competent Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts under Turkish consumer law, remain unaffected.
8. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected for booking is processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice. The mandatory information duty and any processing that separately requires consent are treated independently.
